They find the icon for the program they want to launch and then double-click it. This works great, providing the icon is really an icon. Here&#8217;s a quick and dirty way to piss off a friend: <\/p>\n<p>Take a screen shot (use the &#8220;Print Scrn&#8221; key on your PC) of the victim&#8217;s desktop with all his icons in place.<br \/>\nOpen any image-editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.<br \/>\nCreate a new file and paste in the screen shot.<br \/>\nSave the new image with an easy-to-remember name such as &#8220;wallpaper.jpg.&#8221;<br \/>\nClose your image-editing program<br \/>\nFind the saved image &#8220;wallpaper.jpg&#8221; and open it in a new browser window.<br \/>\nRight-click the image and choose &#8220;Set as Background.&#8221;<br \/>\nSelect all of the victim&#8217;s desktop icons and files and put them in the recycling bin.<br \/>\nNow the desktop is one, big, unclickable image.
